The participation in the Symposium is free. To ensure the goals and objectives of the Symposium, as well as the quality of the services offered, the organizers have prepared 2 travel packages for international and non-Athens delegations and for the delegations from Athens. The selection of one of the following packages is mandatory:

A. 5-DAYS TRAVEL PACKAGE

International Delegation – Hellenic Delegations (excluding Delegations from Athens)

Air tickets are not included.

Delegations from Athens

The package includes:

• Accommodation (3 nights)
• Meals:
  • 27/03: lunch, dinner
  • 28/03 – 29/03: breakfast, lunch, dinner
  • 30/03: breakfast
• Transfer to the locations of the activities
• Coffee breaks
• Health insurance

Transfer Athens – Whyndham Loutraki Poseidon Resort – Athens is not included.
