The participation in the Symposium is free. To ensure the goals and objectives of the Symposium, as well as the quality of the services offered, the organizers have prepared 3 travel packages,2 for international and non-Athens delegations and one for the delegations from Athens. The selection of one of the following packages is mandatory:

A. International Delegations

The package includes:

  • Athens International Airport – Loutraki
  • Transfer to the locations of the activities
• Accommodation 4 nights (17 – 20/3)
• Meals:
  • 17/03: lunch-dinner
  • 18/03 – 20/03: breakfast, lunch, dinner
  • 21/03: breakfast

• Health insurance
• Sightseeing tour

Air tickets are not included.

Travel Cost: 600 euros/person (teacher or student)

B. INTERNATIONAL DELEGATIONS: 6-DAYS TRAVEL PACKAGE

Includes an extra accommodation on the 16th March 2026.

Travel Cost: 680 euros/person (teacher or student)

C. HELLENIC DELEGATIONS

Delegations from Athens

The package includes:

• Accommodation (3 nights)
• Meals:
  • 17/03: lunch-dinner
  • 18/03 – 20/03: breakfast, lunch, dinner
• Transfer to the locations of the activities
• Coffee breaks
• Health insurance

(The Hellenic delegations will depart on the 20th March)

Transfer Athens – Loutraki Poseidon Resort – Athens is not included.
